Ultra-high Temperature Instantaneous Sterilization UHT, Sterilization Temperature: 115-140℃, This equipment uses a scientific instantaneous ultra-high temperature treatment method to achieve strict sterilization for liquid products, plant protein beverages, fruit juice beverages, tea water, and other liquid foods. The short sterilization time helps to maintain the original nutrition, color, and flavor of the beverages and dairy products as much as possible.

Technical Features:

1. Continuous production, with an extremely short sterilization time.

2. High-quality products can be obtained due to the short heating time.

3. The sterilization effect is particularly good due to the use of ultra-high temperature sterilization.

4. It can be used in series with centrifugal pumps or high-pressure homogenizers, with a wide range of applications, suitable for sterilization of high-viscosity materials.

5. The design uses a heat exchanger with hot and cold materials, which has the economic effect of waste heat utilization, resulting in low steam consumption.

6. The equipment is fully automatic or semi-automatic computer controlled, with touch LCD screen operation.

7. PID temperature control system, sterilization temperature is continuously recorded in real-time on the recorder.

8. There are no contact points inside the tube, no sanitary dead corners, and the product will not adhere to the inside of the tube.

9. It comes with CIP cleaning and can be connected with aseptic filling machines for cleaning and disinfection.
