Our company's self-developed tubular sterilization equipment is designed based on the design of tubular preheaters and jacket sterilizers. The newly designed tubular sterilizer can achieve a perfect connection with aseptic filling machines, ensuring the sterility of the material while greatly saving costs compared to jacket sterilizers. It is an excellent choice of sterilization equipment for small and medium-sized enterprises.
This set of tubular sterilization equipment can be used for the sterilization and cooling of various fruit purees and jams, and the sterilization temperature can reach above 110 degrees. The equipment consists of the main body of the tubular sterilizer, material storage tank, overheated water tank, plate heat exchanger, pumps, PLC control system, control cabinet, steam inlet system, valves, and sensors.
This set of tubular sterilization equipment uses hot water as the heating medium to prevent caramelization caused by direct steam heating, while ensuring uniform heating of the material. The material and heat transfer medium work in a turbulent state, with high heat transfer efficiency, reducing scaling and extending the continuous working time of the sterilizer, fully comparable to imported equipment. It can be fully automated.
