Product Introduction

Operating Principle:

The equipment uses a four-layer tubular structure, with overheated water as the exchange medium. The exchange medium flows in the two innermost and outermost layers, while the material flows in the middle layer to achieve an excellent heat exchange effect.

Product Specifications:

· Capacity: 0.5-8T/H

· Sterilization Temperature: 115–140℃, customizable according to production capacity.

Technical Features:

1. The equipment has a reasonable process flow, no dead corners in the pipeline, and is equipped with a self-cleaning process, ensuring long-term efficient operation.

2. The equipment has a high degree of automation. Under the control of the PLC program, after the sterilizer is connected to the aseptic filling machine, they can work in coordination for continuous production.

3. The equipment consists of a material storage tank, overheated water tank, pumps, tubular heat exchanger, PLC control system, control cabinet, steam inlet system, valves, and sensors.

4. Suitable for sterilization of high-viscosity materials when used in series with a screw pump or high-pressure homogenizer.

5. The heat exchanger design, which uses both hot and cold materials, has an economical effect on waste heat utilization, resulting in low steam consumption.

6. PID temperature control system, with sterilization temperature continuously recorded in real-time on a recorder.

7. There are no contact points inside the tube, no dead corners, and the product will not adhere to the tube.

8. Equipped with CIP cleaning, which can be connected with an aseptic filling machine for cleaning and disinfection.

Packaging:

Foam film or plastic wrap, with wooden pallet or frame options (additional fees may apply).

Control:

Control can be achieved by button control or PLC linkage control.
