Pit-Removing Pulper

Product Specifications:

· Capacity: 0.5-5T/H, customizable according to production capacity.

Working Principle:

· The motor drives the rotor assembly on the splined shaft to rotate at high speed through a belt drive.

· Fruits enter the machine through the feed opening, and the feeding paddles convey the material spirally to the pulping bar.

· Under the action of the pulping bar, the material is mashed.

· Due to centrifugal force, the juice and flesh (already in a pulp state) of the material pass through the screen holes into the next pulping process (the screen hole size is determined based on the size of the fruit pit).

· The pits are discharged to the waste outlet by the waste discharge paddle, thus achieving automatic separation of pulp and dregs.
