Working Principle: Incorporating Italian technology, the aseptic filling machine mainly consists of an aseptic filling system, electronic scale measurement system, belt roller conveying system, computer PLC control system, and operating platform. The packaging bags use aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bags (5L-220L).
The machine uses a steam jet method to sterilize the bag mouth and filling chamber, ensuring that the filling chamber is always in a sterile state. The sterilization, opening, filling, and sealing of the aseptic bag mouth are all completed in a sterile environment.
The machine is divided into: single-head aseptic large bag filling machine, double-head aseptic large bag filling machine, and ton-box aseptic large bag filling machine.
Technical Features:
1. The entire machine is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.
2. The aseptic large bag working platform is fixed and adjustable in height.
3. Provides a variety of safety measures (position control, measurement control, temperature control, self-diagnosis, and alarms) to prevent mechanical damage.
4. Uses mirror welding technology to ensure smooth and flat welds, reducing product residue.
5. Product valves and filling head moving parts are protected by a steam barrier, and the filling chamber is sterilized with steam.
6. A programmable controller PLC is used to achieve fully automatic operation and control of the equipment; manual operation is an optional backup; stainless steel control cabinet.
7. Synchronized with the previous sterilizer for CIP and SIP operations.
8. In case of bag change or emergency fault, the material supply pump stops automatically.
Packaging: Foam film or plastic wrap, with wooden pallet or frame options (additional fees may apply).
Control: Control can be achieved by button control or PLC linkage control.
