The vacuum evaporation concentrator is specifically designed for the continuous, low-temperature vacuum concentration of high-viscosity materials such as fruit jams (tomato sauce, mango puree, peach sauce, apricot sauce, strawberry jam, chili sauce, etc.), fruit pulp beverages, syrups, and food gums. It can concentrate tomato sauce from 4.5-5.5% Brix to 28-30% Brix, 30-32% Brix, or even 36-38% Brix according to customer requirements.

· The main structure is made of high-quality stainless steel and includes a tubular heater, vacuum evaporation chamber, multi-stage condenser, pumps (material circulation pump/inlet and outlet pump/vacuum pump/water pump), an automatic PLC control system, related valve groups and measuring instruments, and an operating platform. It is characterized by a compact structure, stable operation, high production efficiency, and energy-saving.

5. Condensate Recovery: Effective recovery of condensate back to the steam boiler for reuse.
