Working Principle:
· The crushed fruit pulp, juice, and peel enter the screw press juicer through the feed hopper. As the screw rotates in the direction of the dregs outlet, the diameter gradually increases while the pitch decreases. This causes the material to be pressed as the screw chamber volume decreases, forming a pressing action on the material.
· The rotation direction of the screw shaft, viewed from the feed hopper towards the dregs trough, is counterclockwise. The raw material is added to the feed hopper and is pressed by the screw's advancement. The squeezed juice flows through the filter mesh into the juice container at the bottom, while the waste material is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the tapered part of the pressure adjustment cone.
· The axial movement of the pressure adjustment head can adjust the gap between the head and the screw cone, which adjusts the resistance of the dregs discharge and changes the dregs rate. However, if the gap is too small, some dregs particles will be squeezed out with the juice through the filter mesh under strong pressure, increasing the juice yield but relatively reducing the juice quality. The size of the gap should be determined based on the user's specific process requirements, thus achieving automatic separation of juice and dregs.
