Working Principle:
During operation, fruits and vegetables are fed into the hopper by a conveyor belt or manually, and the material enters the round screen from the hopper. After being crushed by the rotating crushing disc, it is flung to the inner wall of the round cylinder screen by centrifugal force. It moves between the striking plate and the round cylinder screen, where it is subjected to extrusion, friction, and shearing. Fine fruit particles and juice flow out through the screen holes, while larger particles such as seeds and skins are pushed by the striking plate and helix angle, moving along the round cylinder screen to the discharge end and expelled through the dregs outlet.
The crushed, (preheated) coarse pulp or whole fruit is fed into the pulping machine by a conveying pump through a pipeline. After continuous rotation and scraping by the impeller, most of the material is squeezed out through the screen mesh holes and flows to the storage tank through the pipeline, while seeds and a small amount of skin residue are expelled through the dregs outlet, completing the pulping process. The effectiveness of pulping and dreg discharge is mainly controlled by the size and density of the screen mesh apertures, as well as the cone angle and scraping stroke and speed.
The high-speed pulping machine has a simple structure, stable operation, and a conical pulping blade. The motor speed reaches up to 1440 rpm, increasing the pulp yield by 2%-3% compared to ordinary pulping machines. The screen mesh aperture can be flexibly adjusted according to customer requirements and fruit characteristics, usually between 0.4-0.8mm. The 16-blade structure has an adjustable gap between the blades and the screen, with an extended drum length, scraping off the pectin from the inner side of the fruit skin, resulting in a higher pulp yield and greater viscosity. The equipment features a quick assembly mechanism, making disassembly and maintenance convenient and simple, ensuring the work efficiency of the equipment and the long-term benefits of the company.
The high-speed pulping machine can handle materials ranging from 1 ton to 30 tons per hour according to customer requirements, with high production efficiency and low dreg discharge rate. This set of high-speed pulping machines mainly consists of the pulping machine and its supporting frame, platform, etc. The pulping machine is composed of a drive, a seat box, a pulping blade wheel, etc., with a screen mesh aperture specified by the customer.
