Product Introduction

Product Specifications:

· Capacity: 0.2-40T/H, customizable based on production requirements.

Working Principle:

· Material is added from the top of the heater, distributed evenly inside the heating tubes, and flows down the inner wall under the influence of gravity, vacuum force, and airflow.

· Heated and vaporized by the heating medium in the shell side, the vapor and liquid phase enter the separator for vapor-liquid separation.

· In single-effect operation, the vapor rises into the condenser, is condensed into a liquid, and collected by the condensate tank, while the separated liquid phase is discharged from the bottom of the separator as the concentrated liquid.

System Components:

1. Heater: For material heating and evaporation concentration.

2. Separator: For vapor-liquid separation of secondary vapor after heating.

3. Condenser: Condenses secondary vapor for recovery and utilization.

4. Condensate Tank: Collects and buffers condensate.

5. Condensate Pump: Discharges condensate to a collection pool or for discharge.

6. Vacuum Pump: Maintains vacuum conditions for the system.

7. Material Pump: Handles feeding, transferring, discharging, and circulating the material.

8. Equipment Platform: Supports equipment components and facilitates observation, operation, and maintenance.

9. Control System: Operates and controls internal pumps and electrical equipment.

10. Pipeline System: Includes steam, material, condensate, and vacuum pipelines.

Technical Features:

· Short material heating time, suitable for heat-sensitive materials, with continuous feeding and discharging achieving concentration in a single pass within 3 minutes.

· Compact design integrates production processes, saving space and reducing contamination opportunities.

· High-concentration and high-viscosity material processing capability.

· Steam-efficient operation using 4.5-5 kgf gauge pressure.

· CIP cleaning pipelines for convenient, no-dead-zone cleaning.

· High concentration ratio with a falling film evaporation design, facilitating viscous material flow and evaporation.

· Low steam consumption, with options for energy-saving designs using ejector thermal compressors.

· Gentle and brief heating suitable for heat-sensitive materials with low evaporation temperatures.

· Special design allows for easy effect switching to adapt to different products.

· Continuous operation reaches the required concentration in one pass.

· Power controls managed through a control cabinet, with options for automatic control systems.

· Dedicated concentrator pumps with reliable seals and stable performance.

Packaging:

· Foam film or plastic wrap, with wooden pallet or frame options (additional fees may apply).

Control:

· Available in button control or PLC linkage control options.
