Working Principle:
The crushed fruit pulp, juice, peel, and desalted pickles are fed into the pressing belt through a cloth feeder, and then the juice or water is pressed out by the belt. During operation, the refined raw material (solid-liquid mixture) is continuously pumped into the feed hopper by a screw pump (the width occupied by the material can be adjusted) and evenly distributed by a cloth-rolling roller. In the bending wedge-shaped area, a large amount of water is slowly pressed out, forming a pressable filter cake. In the pressing area, a press roller with an "L" type press strip presses out the water and ensures that the water quickly overflows from both sides. Subsequent rollers have a decreasing diameter, and the filter belt forms an "S" shape, generating a decreasing surface pressure and shearing force, ensuring the dewatering effect. To further improve the dewatering rate, an additional roller is added that can produce linear pressure and peripheral pressure. The dewatered filter cake is scraped off by a wear-resistant scraper. Both filter belts are continuously rinsed by high-pressure nozzles, maintaining the filter belts' high juice extraction effect. The spray water is automatically filtered, dreg discharged, and recycled through a return pump and an arc-shaped filter screen, saving energy. The pressing belt is made of nylon warp and weft woven, characterized by acid and alkali resistance, compliance with food hygiene, easy juice extraction, non-absorbency, and high strength.
