Working Principle:

Materials enter the water tank and are thoroughly dispersed, tumbled, cleaned, and conveyed by the action of high-pressure water flow and bubbles. Mud and sand washed off the surface of the materials settle in the bottom isolation compartment, preventing re-suspension and backflow that could cause recontamination. For the treatment of sediment impurities, the water cycled by the circulation pump floats impurities out through the overflow at the top, while those not floating are intercepted by the filter net. The water tank remains clean and impurities are discharged in a timely manner. The product is conveyed to the exit through a mesh bag, equipped with a secondary clean water rinse, which not only cleans the product but also replenishes the water source in the equipment tank promptly.

Technical Features:

1. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, which is aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean.

2. Bubble surfing cleaning, where materials falling into the water are stirred and cleaned by the turbulent water in the tank. Mud and other heavy dirt on the materials fall into the sedimentation area under the mesh bag, removing most of the impurities and improving the cleaning effect.

3. High-pressure water flow rinse, where materials are brushed by the water flow from the high-pressure pump, gradually moving to the conveying mesh bag under the push of water, lifted out of the inner grass, and then sprayed and cleaned again to enter the next process.

4. During operation, the medium water is cycled back into the main tank by the circulation pump after filtration, achieving water recycling, which saves energy and is environmentally friendly and hygienic. The upper spray water pipe of the lifting part is always supplied with water, gradually replacing the dirty water in the tank.

Control can be achieved by button control or PLC linkage control.
