Commonly known as the Clean-In-Place (CIP) system, it is also referred to as in-situ cleaning or position cleaning. In-situ cleaning refers to the process of cleaning the contact surfaces of equipment with food without disassembling or moving the equipment, using high-temperature and high-concentration cleaning solutions with strong action, which is used for cleaning and purification of production equipment with strict hygiene requirements.

Working Principle: The CIP cleaning system mainly includes acid tanks, alkali tanks, water tanks, concentrated acid tanks, concentrated alkali tanks, plate heat exchangers, process pumps, return pumps, and steam control valve assemblies. The entire system is fully automatic, achieving one inflow, one outflow, and one cycle. When the cleaning liquid temperature reaches the set temperature, it enters the entire line of equipment for cleaning. If the temperature is not enough, it is heated to the set temperature by the plate exchanger. The CIP return pump recycles the cleaned cleaning liquid back to the corresponding tank in the CIP system, which is discharged through the outlet.
