Product Features:

1.Our pineapple juice and processing equipment are designed to be aesthetically pleasing, operationally stable, energy-efficient, and low in steam consumption.

2.Specialized peeling and juicing systems for pineapple achieve a single-unit capacity of up to 20T/H.

3.The automatic falling film evaporator in our concentration system is dedicated to materials with good fluidity such as juices and milk, ensuring uniform concentration through gravitational, vacuum-induced, and airflow processes.

4.The evaporator operates at low temperatures, efficiently utilizing heat energy to prevent "dry wall" phenomena and ensuring gentle heating for pineapple juice.

5.Specially structured condensers allow normal operation even with cooling water temperatures as high as 30°C.

6.Continuous feeding and discharging maintain liquid levels and desired concentrations automatically.

7.Aseptic sterilization and filling methods guarantee sterile materials, allowing for shelf stability of 1-2 years at room temperature.

8.Optional pineapple protease treatment equipment can be integrated as per requirements.
