Nutritional Value of Apple Juice:

Apple juice is rich in nutrients and has high nutritional and health benefits. The caloric content of food is measured in Calories, often abbreviated as "cal." An average-sized apple provides approximately 80 calories, indicating that apple juice has a relatively low calorie content. However, the physiological significance of apple juice's nutrition lies in its rapid absorption by the human body due to the solubility of its components, primarily in water, with a minor part in organic acids and other substances.

The main types of sugars in apple juice are glucose and fructose, which are easily absorbed by the human body and quickly enter the bloodstream after being absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. Thus, from a nutritional perspective, apple juice is highly beneficial to human health.

Concentrated Apple Clear Juice:

Made from carefully selected fresh apples, our concentrated apple clear juice is produced using advanced international high-tech processes such as low-temperature concentration, membrane filtration, UHT instant sterilization, and aseptic packaging technology. The product has a concentration of 70-72°Brix and a total acidity of 0.8-3.0%. Packaged in steel drums with aseptic bag lining, it can be stored at room temperature for 1-2 years and is suitable as a raw material for beverage/canning factories, ingredient companies, and other food manufacturers.
