Product Features:
1.Our NFC orange juice and lemon juice processing equipment is aesthetically designed, operates stably, and consumes low steam.
2.NFC orange juice uses a specialized peeling and juicing system with a single-unit capacity of up to 20T/H.
3.The concentration system employs fully automatic falling film evaporators designed for liquids like juices and milk, ensuring uniform heating and high heat transfer coefficients to prevent "dry wall" effects.
4.The evaporator operates at low evaporation temperatures, effectively utilizing heat energy and gently heating orange juice within the tubes.
5.The condenser's unique structure allows for normal operation even with cooling water temperatures as high as 30°C or higher.
6.Continuous feeding and discharging ensure self-control over liquid levels and required concentrations.
7.Sterilization and aseptic filling methods ensure product sterility, providing a shelf life of 1-2 years at room temperature.
8.Additional equipment for essential oil extraction can be added upon request.
