Apple juice is rich in nutrients and offers significant nutritional and health benefits. It provides calories measured in kilocalories (Calories), abbreviated as kcal. A medium-sized apple provides about 80 kcal of energy. Despite its low calorie content, the physiological significance of apple juice lies in its rapid absorption of nutrients by the human body. This is due to the fact that most of the soluble solids in apple juice dissolve in water, with only a small portion dissolving in organic acids and other substances. The main sugars in apple juice are glucose and fructose, both of which are easily absorbed by the body, entering the bloodstream quickly after digestion.

 

Apple Juice Production Process: Raw Material Reception → Conveying → Elevating → Washing → Fruit Selection → Elevating → Crushing → Additives Addition → Pressing → Preheating → Clarification Filtration → Blending → Sterilization → Filling. Concentration equipment can be added if required for further concentration.

 

Our concentrated apple juice is made from select fresh apples using state-of-the-art production lines that employ international advanced technologies such as low-temperature concentration, membrane filtration, UHT instantaneous sterilization, and aseptic packaging techniques. The product concentration can reach 70-72°Brix, with total acidity ranging from 0.8-3.0%. Packaged in sterile bags inside steel drums, it can be stored at room temperature for 1-2 years, serving as raw material for beverage/canned food factories, ingredient companies, and other food processing plants.
